Shipping Policy

All items are usually packed and dispatched within 3 working days of ordering.

We may take slightly longer to dispatch during sale times due to a higher volume of orders. Please note we are a small company and we will always dispatch items at the earliest possible time/date. We cannot post at weekends or on UK bank holidays.

Domestic customers will receive an email with their tracking information once the parcel has been collected by the courier.

If you require an item by a certain date, please email us and we will do everything we can to insure it arrives in time.

UK orders are shipped using an Evri courier service. If your area has an issue with this service, please contact us once you have placed your order and we can arrange an alternative service.

We ship Internationally. If you cannot find your country at checkout just pop us an email and we can help process your order. - hello@allaboutaudrey.co.uk

UPDATE: due to new EU trading laws, we are currently unable to ship to any member countries of the European Union, as well as to customers in Northern Ireland.

Customs & VAT for International Customers:

Any persons ordering from outside the UK is liable to be charged import VAT / customs duty and it is the customers responsibility to know what their country charges for goods received from outside their country. Whilst we wish to be as helpful as possible, we regret that we cannot calculate this for you and nor can we advise as to what your charges might be.

Any orders refused due to customs fees will not have the postage refunded. Parcels which are undelivered due to refusal on grounds of customs fee, are liable to take 3 months to return to us from international destinations as it is classed as non priority mail. No items will be refunded which have not been received.

All combined postage costs are automatically calculated at the checkout.

Any discount code used on our site will not affect or apply to postage costs as these are kept at the lowest price we can offer - usually less than the actual cost of shipping and packaging.
